Study Overview

Severe eosinophilic asthma affects a significant subset of asthma patients who continue to experience frequent exacerbations despite standard controller therapy. This clinical research study evaluates the safety and efficacy of a novel monoclonal antibody designed to target specific inflammatory pathways, potentially reducing exacerbations and improving overall asthma control.

Target Group

Adults 18-75

Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the study:

  • Adults 18-75 years of age
  • Physician-diagnosed asthma for at least 12 months
  • Current use of medium to high-dose inhaled corticosteroids
  • Experiencing at least 2 asthma exacerbations in the past year
  • Elevated eosinophil count on recent blood test
  • Non-smoker or ex-smoker (quit at least 6 months ago)
  • Willing to comply with study visits and procedures
  • Provide written informed consent
