Males 18-55
Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the study:
- Males between 18 and 55 years of age
- History of infertility for at least 12 months
- Clinical diagnosis of low testosterone (hypogonadism)
- Abnormal semen analysis parameters
- Not currently using testosterone replacement therapy
- Willing to comply with study visits and procedures
- Willing to maintain consistent lifestyle habits during the study
- Provide written informed consent
